Job Description

The Talent Services team is looking to hire a Screening and Sourcing Senior Associate to join our team and enhance the value proposition to our stakeholders by proactively sourcing, screening and engaging qualified candidates.   

   

You will be responsible for CV screening, sourcing and building both active (candidates actively searching for job opportunities) and passive (not actively looking for job opportunities) talent pipelines by utilizing diverse sourcing mediums including social media, job boards, data mining techniques and ATS.   

   

• Support the Contingent Workforce recruitment team by screening applications to open requisitions and identifying qualified candidate CVs based on technical criteria, qualifications and cultural team fit  

• Source high-caliber candidates that meet the required criteria from various sourcing channels  

including but not limited to external job boards and social media platforms e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook  

• Build talent pools for each business function through the ATS pipeline tool  

• Manage multiple talent pools simultaneously whilst also knowing when to prioritize  

• Develop a sound understanding of the individual business lines hiring trends

• Research alternative sourcing and pipelining methods and make recommendations to the Contingent Workforce recruitment team  

• Serve as a consultant for central recruiters, providing regular communication on recruitment activity  

• Obtain a sound knowledge of the business functions you are supporting through formal and informal training; including learning technical and soft skills needed to perform in each role and at each rank    

• Develop a sound understanding of the immigration laws and visa criteria across the MENA region  

• Promote EY as the employer of choice and act as a brand ambassador to all potential pipeline candidates by providing regular, relevant and engaging correspondence on Eg; the EY company culture/ opportunities/ market trends/ thought leadership material.  

• Create and maintain weekly candidate screening, sourcing and pipeline reports; Present the reports to the Contingent Workforce recruitment team  

People responsibilities:  

• Must have a strong client service mentality, detail orientation, a positive team-oriented attitude balanced with the ability to work independently  

• General ability to develop & implement strategies and provide strong customer service to internal stakeholders.  

• Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients is required  

• Strong interpersonal and communication  

 

Skills Requirements: 

  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field  

• 4 plus years of relevant experience in technical or non-technical recruitment  

• Experience in recruitment, preferably for a large multinational firm and sound understanding of the services offered by a professional services firm  

• Experience using any ATS, external job portals and social media platforms  

• Excellent oral and written communications skills in the English language  

• Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas  

• Strong planning, organizational and time management skills  

• Possess a high degree of personal drive and motivation
