Location : Al Qusais Industrial Area 1, Dubai , UAE

We are looking for a Building Material Sales Executive/Assistant to join our team working in the Building Materials section handling all kinds of building materials ( Electrical Fittings, Plumbing and Sanitary Fittings, Paints and Paintwork Materials, Safety items, Packaging Items etc)

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing invoice, quotations, LPO's
  • Updating system entries
  • Enhance Customer Relations
  • Product and Stock Management
  • Supplier Management
  • Language : English, Hindi, Arabic


Skills

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior Experience in Building Material Sector preferably in the Gulf Region
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Knowledge with POS Software (Point of Sale)
  • Should be able to speak in English, Hindi, Arabic
  • Strong knowledge of both residential commercial building markets and buyers
  • Must have established relation and network with retail/ wholesale shops and able to market new products in market will be given preference.

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
  • Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
  • Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
  • Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
